LANEIGE Time Freeze Firming Sleeping Mask review

Of course, it was no accident that I picked the night mask by Korean brand LANEIGE. This luxury cosmetic brand is quite complex with it’s cutting edge technologies and latest developments in cosmetology and cosmeceuticals. In much higher price brackets than what we are used to seeing in Korean cosmetics.

Time Freeze Firming mask, which is more of a night cream, has a pleasant gel texture, absorbs very quickly and well, without leaving any stickiness or other unpleasantries like sticking to the pillow on my dry skin. It’s meant for anti aging care, with promises of restoring firmness and elasticity and strengthening and lifting the skin.

My impressions from the mask: definitely luxurious hydration and nourishment. The mask contains antioxidants including squalane. We all know that in young skin, the squalane concentration reaches 40%, but with age that lowers and this ingredient can help support healthy cellular activity, promoting its natural defenses. After using this night mask, the skin in the morning is much more firm, hydrated, no lines can be found. All redness and irritation heals, the skin looks rested and rejuvenated. The skin tone evens out, due to the lifting effect pores shrink, skin becomes smooth and even, and you want to touch it constantly.

I’m on my third week of use and I already see amazing results! Everything is wonderful here, even the packaging. A high tech looking jar – glass and metal. I love holding this jar in my hands. The scent – a light, barely detectable aroma, I’m not good at describing smells but I’m sure you will like it.

Besides the main ingredients, the mask also contains various plant extracts that make it more beneficial.
The ingredients list is full of quite beneficial components. As the result, the mask doesn’t let my skin age, making it firm, lifted, young and healthy, and I hope it has a cumulative effect. At any rate, the mask is very economical, I think it will last me a year if not more. It also comes with a small spatula to avoid having to reach in with fingers. I keep it in the fridge and use it as the last step of evening routine, every other day, on a clean face after hydrating and serum.
Would I buy it again? Oh yes! This brand is now firmly on the list of my favorites.
The manufacturer insists on using this mask with a roller, I think the results will be even more spectacular, so I will buy it for sure.
